Early Learning Partnership of Northwest Indiana

Early Learning Partnership is dedicated to: inspire, educate and support all parents of children infant through 5 years, to be their child's first, most important teacher, giving the CHILD the best possible start in life. Early Learning Partnership of NWI is dedicated to primary prevention through parent education and support from pregnancy through kindergarten. And we need your help to address growing needs in our communities. Originally established in 1999 under the Parents as Teachers name, and founded on the Parents as Teachers model, our organization has served more than 750 families in Lake County and provides over 5,000 home visits each year. Organizational Goals: 1. Improved child health and development 2. Prevention of child abuse and neglect 3. Increased School Readiness 4. Increased parent knowledge and involvement in children’s care and education. Long-Term Outcomes: Strong communities, thriving families, and children who are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.
